What is the minium amount of time I can store with you? 

• 1 Calendar Month. Please note we require 1  month notice to terminate the rental so if you are only looking to store for 1 month you must let us know when you take the container on. 

How will I be charged?

• We charge monthly in advance & all payments are collected via direct debit on the 1st of the Month.

Do your prices include VAT?

• Our prices are not subject to VAT, the price listed is the price you pay.

When can I access my container?

• 24/7 - The site gates are open 6am - 9pm for our commercial tennants, for access outside of these hours you will be provided with a fob. 

Do I need/Can I use my own padlock?

• We supply the padlocks for our containers and do not allow the to use your own.  1 key will be provided, more can be supplied upon request, for which there may be a charge.

What Can I store?

• You can store anything apart from  goods  classified as Flammable, Perishable, Live & Illegal, for further information on this please refer to our terms & conditions.

Where are your storage containers?

• We are located on the Merlin Park area of Burscough industrial estate, the exact location can found using what3words 

Are my posessions insured whilst in storage?

• You must ensure you have adequate insurance for you belogings whilst they are stored with us, this is somtimes covered with your home insurance policy, if not you will need to ensure this is in place before storing with us.
